Birthday, Mommy & Me, Family yoga, Corporate or any event can be customized to meet your needs. We use creativity to enhance your yoga experience with music, art, and special props that will make your event memorable. 

45 min - 1 hour classes avaialble during school or after school program customized for the specific class. We can work with athletes on meditation and breathwork to assist them with making quick decisions during their sporting event and stretches that will help their flexibility and recovery.
